Windsurfing is a major attraction all over the world and is enjoyed by an impressive number of extreme sports enthusiasts. Where the wind is strong and the waves are high, windsurfers perform the most incredible tricks, entertaining onlookers with their amazing jumps. Over 200 surfers enjoy this sport every summer in Ķīšezers.

A three hour-long training session for one person

ninety minutes for two people.
Windsurfing theory instruction for 45 mins and practical training on the water. Windsurfing supervised by instructor for the rest of the time.

Practical information
Equipment provided - boards of various sizes, sails, wetsuits, vests, surfing boots.
Recommended equipment - a swimsuit or trunks.

How to get there
By tram: a twelve minute walk from No 11 tram stop, ”Hamburgas iela”, or from the terminal point (”galapunkts”).
By bus: a five minute walk from the ”Saules dārzs” bus stop for buses No. 9 or 48.
By car: a fifteen minute ride from the city centre.
